The house is an unusual detached property, fully double glazed, set in its own grounds, half being built in traditional welsh stone around the 1800’s, half being built around the 1950’s when the lounge, kitchen, hall, and utility were added in more conventional style.
Accommodating 7 comfortably it is let by the week throughout the year (with off peak Weekend Breaks available on request). There is ample adjacent parking. Dorlan has electrical heating throughout with a wood burner for supplementary heating if required (wood at clients expense and arrangement.) Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within Aberdaron Village 2 minutes flat walk to the beach, less for the shops and main village facilities of Post Office, News Agent with Off Licence, Spar Supermarket, Bakery, 2 Pubs (with restaurants), Cafes, Fish and Chip takeaway and restaurant.
Nearby there is a Children’s Play Area and Basket Ball Court.
The beautiful sandy beach flanked by the two very distinctive bird sanctuary islands is clean, safe for swimming and most water sports, and has won many awards.
