Terms and Conditions

£100 deposit per week booked (£200 in high season) is required at the time of booking.

The balance is to be paid 28 days before the holiday.

Deposit is only refundable if another booking can be secured for that period.

The hirer is responsible for any damages which must be paid for or replaced before leaving

No bookings are taken for the following season until 1 st October enabling this years visitors to rebook their weeks if they wish to do so.

Arrival and Departure

All changeovers are on a Saturday.

Tenants are asked to arrive after 3.00pm and to leave the house by 10.00 am on the morning of departure, leaving it as they would wish to find it.
